The modern alchemist Renate De Mario Gamper takes you on a magical hike and introduces you to the folk herbal medicine. The collected wild herbs serve as the basis for the preparation of the dumblings, a traditional South Tyrolean dish. In the middle of the fairytale garden and with a view of our majestic castle beside, a nostalgic stove awaits you. Assist our Michelin-starred chef Egon Heiss and together with him create the perfect dumpling.
