Arriving guests are required to present the EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU CoronaPassport) showing whether one has recovered, been vaccinated or tested and they have to register online via the European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF). In order to guarantee maximum safety to our guests, we require a certification of negativity to a PCR or antigenic test made within 48 hours prior to arrival or a vaccination certificate.
Castel Fragsburg is only accessible to hotel and restaurant guests who have made a reservation.
We provide on-site coronavirus tests for our employees once a week and also our guests have the possibility to make a test on request.
Our property is a 50,000 m2 space comprising a private garden, park and forest. With only 20 exclusive suites in our hotel, each guest has the equivalent of more than 1,000 m2 to themselves.
We ensure 100% cleanliness by using high-pressure, anti-bacterial, chemical-free steam jet technology that disinfects at a temperature of 180°C in all areas of the Fragsburg.
All items made available to guests, be it a yoga mat, blanket, etc., are cleaned in the washing machine on a special programme immediately after use.
All our employees in service, the spa, reception and kitchen wear a disposable face mask and regularly disinfect their hands. We ask that all our guests use a face covering when not in their room.
Our modern alchemist Renate De Mario Gamper has created a special hand puritizer that disinfects and nourishes the hands. It is available in all public spaces and your rooms.
Our 1st Alchemistic Spa Castellum Natura is open only for our hotel guests. It is possible to book all our treatments which are made by following all safety measurements. The saunas are open and are available for you to use. The regulations at the moments allows only members of one family or room to use them together.
The social distancing of at least 1.5 metres is naturally guaranteed due to the generous space allocation available at the Fragsburg – this was our policy long before Covid-19.
