The following services are included in our rates:

welcome drink, a welcome from our Pâtisserie upon arrival, safe, mini bar, hairdryer, Wi-Lan, ETRO beauty products, bathrobe & slippers, umbrella, use of the Alpine Healthcare Spa, private nature garden with swimming pool, pool service, pool & sauna towels, ‘Grander’ water: fresh from the hotel’s spring, international newspapers, hypoallergenic pillows & linens upon request

Single occupancy

Single occupancy upon request and subject to the following supplements: Double room € 50.00 per night | Suite € 75.00 per night

Smoking

In Italy there is a smoking ban in all public buildings. Smoking is therefore NOT permitted in any rooms, balconies, indoor and outdoor public areas. We offer smokers a comfortable place to sit at the entrance and in the smoking lounge Maximilian Stube.

Parking

All parking spaces are available for free. On request and at an extra charge guests can use one of the two garages (upon availability).

Dogs

We regret that we can only accept dogs in certain rooms. As there is regularly damage to doors and furniture and the cleaning bill is considerably higher, we charge € 35,00 per day, without food. We request that you do not bring your best friend to meals, onto the terrace, into the SPA and pool area and do not leave it alone in the room. Guests with dogs can sit in a separate part of our terrace or Maximilan Stube.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy: for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-show the following fees will be applied:

• until 30 days prior to arrival: no charge
• until 21 days prior arrival date:, 50% of the total rate
• less than 21 days before arrival: 100% of the total rate
