Manifesta 7
The European Biennal for modern art. In Bolzano the "Manifesta 2008" will take place in the old aluminium factory in the industrial zone. The curators from the Bolzano part come from India. They were chosen from 20 competitors. Now they will engage artists from all over the world with the implementation of the concept.

17.- 19. October 2008Merano Grape Festival
The Merano Grape Festival features music sounds during numerous concerts. The large parade leads from Porta Venosta through the entire town. Via the Via delle Corse, Corso Libertà to the Theatro Square the parade with 40 participating groups and vehicles leads back to the Via delle Corse.
8.- 10. November
International WineFestival and Culinaria Merano
Numerous renowned wine producers from the most important vineyards worldwide invite connoisseurs to taste their high-quality products in the noble setting of the Kurhaus in Merano.
