All treatments at the Alpine Healthcare Spa are 100% organic: only the purest and highest quality products from South Tyrol are used. The local apple is a fountain of youth and ideal for the skin. Whilst guests may dream of the Garden of Eden, the apple's natural fruit acid tightens the skin, promotes blood circulation and provides a protective shield. Popular treatments include apple peeling, an apple bath and an apple massage - all part of the 'Fragsburg Apple Spa Programme'

The traditional South-Tyrolean hay bath

The Tyrolean hay bath goes back to the very roots of nature and local farmers have long hailed the relaxing properties of hay, they have drawn on its powers after a hard day’s work for generations. At the Fragsburg Spa the moist, warm hay is gently wrapped around the body, a true balsam for body and soul.
