This year for the first time, from Monday to Friday from 12 to 2.30 p.m. Luis Haller brings our native land to your plate and your glass in our new lunch restaurant. Only the best products, which he procures directly from the Unterweiherhof farm 300 m from the restaurant and from other top-quality producers in South Tyrol, are used in the preparation of the creative 2 to 3-course menus. Our motto is: from pasture to plate.
Our wine list also contains only wines from the region, including some wines from as yet unknown winegrowers from South Tyrol.
The LOIS makes it possible for guests with little time to spare to enjoy delicious, healthy creations, which taste of his love for his native land, in a convivial, informal atmosphere.
